Stepping outside of this wonderful city, Victoria has some amazing destinations for you to visit. The most popular destination being the Great Ocean Road. Located to the South West of Melbourne, the Great Ocean Road begins about 1 1/2 hours drive from Melbourne in the town of Torquay, just past Geelong. TourSelect sells a variety of Tour Companies that have daily departures to the Great Ocean Road. Highlights on this great day out include the 12 Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and the famous Bells Beach
Another must see destination from Melbourne the Penguin Parade. The Penguin Parade is a natural phenomenon that occurs every day on Summerland Beach, Phillip Island. At dawn and dusk each day Little Penguins depart and return from their burrows and swim many kilometres in search of fish. Phillip Island has a very large population of Penguins and Summerland Beach is the perfect location to see them. Tours to the Penguin Parade depart every day and include other attractions along the way such as the Koala Conservation Centre and a visit to a Farm.

Southbank is also home to Crown Casino Entertainment Complex and some fabulous eateries and fine dining restaurants lined along the Yarra River showcasing spectaular views of the city of Melbourne with the Yarra River in the foreground.
